Becoming pregnant is the happiest and the most important moment in a woman’s life. There is a saying that a woman is not complete if she hasn’t gone through one pregnancy in her whole lifetime. So, everyone around a pregnant mother should come forward to help her fight against all the complications so that the journey continues to be comfortable and the heredity of mankind grows further in this world.

Nutrients during pregnancy change a bit week by week because of the changes in demands of the body of the mother and the baby. As example, Folic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Fatty Acids, Iodine etc are needed in the first 2 weeks of pregnancy (Pre-pregnancy). Vitamin C, Vitamin D, DHA, Calcium, Folic Acid etc are needed in the 14th week.

The health complications of the mother also vary drastically week by week. For example, Gestational Diabetes can take place from 24th to 28th week of pregnancy. Miscarriage can take place in around the 20th week. Placenta Previa takes place in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Hyperemis Gravidarum is seen till the 20th week. Iron Deficiency Anemia can take place anytime in the whole period of pregnancy and the list goes on...

So, it is really hard to keep in mind what to eat, what to do and what not to do, in every week. Even if we make up something of a list, there is certain possibility of something still to be excluded. But we must ensure the right nutrients at the right time and to fight against the complications successfully.

Therefore, there is a certain need of a device which will start counting days from the first day of pregnancy (the first day of the woman's last normal menstrual period) and inform the mother week by week what to eat, what to do and what not to do. As example, the device will advise to eat spinach, broccoli, oranges, beans, milk, nuts, seeds, grains, fish in the first two weeks for gainning enough of Folic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Fatty Acids and Iodine.

It will also remind the mother from around 15th week that there can be miscarriage in around the 20th week. The instructions to prevent miscariage will also be provided by the device. Like, eating healthy diet, limiting caffeine, keeping blood sugar under control etc. In the same way, there will be warnings and instructions to prevent Hyperemis Gravidarum, fetal problems, Edema, Postpartum depression, Preeclampsia etc.

Standard values of the important body parameters during pregnancy like weight, heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac output, blood count, glucose level, insulin level, hemoglobin level etc will be provided and reminded by the device week by week. The device would also remind the mother of her medicines or meals by alarm when it's time.

So, a low cost, user friendly device like this is really necessary to make things a lot easier for the mother and her baby. This device can become the best friend of all the pregnant mothers and can make pregnancy a wonderful experience for them.
