An automatic injector pen to deliver insulin for the treatment both type 1 and type 2 diabete.
It's intended to inject insuli, from a pre-filled cartridge, that is insert into the pen, to a patient. The delivery of the drug occurs through a command by the user that triggers a mechanical actuation.
A needle must be linked to the injector to permit the injection.
It's provided of an oled display that shows the dose selected for the injection and shows the time of the last injection. It has got also a mechanism to deliver a correct dose of insulin. As optional feature it has microleds that help the user during the injection in poorly lit places.
