This project encompasses a proposal for the development of a lab-on-a-chip designed to study metastasis and angiogenesis.
The biomimicry of a system affected by tumors requires that the design respect the geometric conditions of capillaries, healthy cells, and the cancerous cells themselves.
This first stage focuses on the design and fabrication of a prototype that allows for the cultivation of multiple cells and facilitates communication between them under conditions similar to those found in real-world environments.
