Due to the current health crisis caused by the covid-19 virus, hospitals have become overcrowded and there has been a shortage of protective equipment. To solve this crisis, both private companies and individuals have mobilized, one of these aids has been the production of EPIS by means of 3D printers. Several tools have been produced that were necessary, including protective visors, but after continued use by health personnel, technical problems have been seen that have been analysed in this work.
The objective of this Final Master's Work is the optimization through already existing visors of the current problems that they cause in the continuous use of the toilets. In the contents of this work, we will find a review of the concept of the coronavirus, as well as an explanation of the current EPIS used. Finally, a design has been made that improves the existing one and gathers the opinion of health care professionals about the designed product.
