The customized parts that are to be fabricated are the stand and the body frame. The stand is to be produced by an extrusion process of PVC material. The same material is used for the body frame, which is formed by thermo-forming, which is formed to be 2 separate parts that are to be joined mechanically. The electrical components (arduino board, batteries, segment screen, led lights...) are to be joined together according to the electrical diagram to meet the requirements, where soldering could be used. The electric components are fixed and placed in the body frame, which is to be joined, along with the stand, using bolts and nuts.
