This open-source proposal focuses on a microfluidic system that allows cells to interact with a three-dimensional structure, with the goal of obtaining data on cell proliferation and migration in a field different from conventional 2D environments.
The prototype includes a basic standard geometry and morphological adaptations of the internal channels and wells, as well as their dimensions, offering the cells a set of structures that allows for the extraction of more precise data regarding their real behavior.
