Medication adherence is a life threaten problem. Medication Mix-ups, skipping
doses or taking extra doses have proved to be main reasons of severe health problems an even
worse, death. Every 8 minutes there is a wrong medication given to a child according to a study
in the United States. Moreover, more than 125,000 death case occur annually due to lack of
medication adherence. In this paper, we proposed a mobile application that facilitate
organization of the medicine's doses to avoid severe health problems., Smart phones spread has
allowed us to develop a mobile application that help the patients stick to the doses to avoid
those problems. It will keep track of the drugs intake and initiate graphs and reports that help
the patients, doctors and pharmacist as well. This Mobile application will help patients to have
their medications on time without any failures and on the other hand will help pharmaceutical
companies to improve their service and sales according to the reports they get from the
database of the users. This application will help patients organize their medication, be aware of
each medicine side effects and warnings, avoid medication mix-up, keep track of the doses
taken to avoid double doses that may lead to sever health effects and avoid medicines
interactions. We have used Android platform and Couchbase database to develop our product.

doctors, localization and preventing medication contradictions
