The aim of the project is to find an alternative to the standard pre-surgery iodine tincture’s application. Today this procedure is performed by a gauze’s dipping in the iodine tinture and then the application above the skin holding it with a pean clamp.
Our device wants to make this procedure easier and faster, to prevent iodine tincture’s wastefulness and to maintain the operating theater cleaner.
