Luis Ballesteros-Sánchez is an industrial engineer who holds a Ph.D. from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and also a Master’s degree in the psychology of human behavior. He is Assistant Professor of Engineering Projects at this university. Luis is Executive Coach and a member of the Project Management and Quality Research Group. His research fields of interest are the development of project management personal competences, such as leadership and communication that apply to project success.
