Medical Passport owner needs NFC enabled smartphone and NFC tag, despite a single NFC tag could be used. The health professional needs NFC reader. Through an application,the owner would be able to record it's personal data in the tag. Health professionals and medical passport owners can interact with the tag through NFC smartphone. Tag can adopt several formats, such as bracelets, necklaces,etc and does not need power supply, which favours the owner to take it with him/her as long as possible.
