Buckle

The brass buckles will be used to secure the shoe of the patient, at the preferred tightness, to the mechanism using straps. They will be about 20mm x 20mm so as to be compatible with a strap of 20mm width.

Spring

The spring to be used will be a conical spring and its free length will be about 80mm to provide elevation of the patient’s heel. The small diameter of the spring will be about 20mm with the large diameter being about 50mm.
