The final ptosis crutch was prototyped using a combination of 3D printing and manual manufacturing.
The concave crutch bar was 3D designed using 3D printer.
The PVC tubing containing the crutch was threaded through the crutch bar housing component, after which it was cut to size and secured in position using clips. The clips were designed using 3D printer at the given measurements of the frame.
