Semi-Rigid Spine Support

A semi-rigid spine support component was integrated into the device to provide targeted support for the spine during physical activities. This part was custom-shaped to align with the spine's natural curvature, distributing pressure evenly and helping maintain proper posture. The thermoplastic composite material was selected for the spine support as it balanced flexibility and stiffness, allowing for a comfortable range of motion while providing adequate support.
