The Hand-Wash Station is not innovative and has been implemented in other places in the world. The existing solutions mainly consists of water containers and taps which are manually opened by every user increasing the risk of spread. . Other models models consist of contact-less tap, but not incorporated with the contact-less liquid soap. In advanced models, the solutions contain both contact-less tap and liquid soap. Spread of the virus can occur if any member touches the tap with a virus, since continuous sterilization is not done on the tap with the manual ones. The solutions available are also time consuming and expensive based on the technology used, it might not be appropriate for all environments.
